QotM Script

I've noticed this now on a couple of occasions, and was wondering if anyone had an idea. Is the script that comes up with the quote of the moment tied at all to "Who's Online?" I ask only because I am often online late at night (3 AM my time, PST), when it's usually only me and a few others. And at these times, I've found that my one quote in there pops up more often than during 'peak' board times. I haven't put a lot of thought into this, I only notice because it's my quote that has come up more than a couple times in the last few days. Am I just experiencing a lucky string, or is there some merit to this idea, possibly?
