Best Sports Game/Series EVER Group A

So, I decided just to run a 32 game tournament, I'm not sure how many of the other games were played by folks, so decided to keep it fairly simple.

Here we go.

NOTE: SEED #'s are not my seeding, they are randomly generated. There's going to be some interesting matchups early on.

1 - Double Dribble . Probably the first five on five basketball game many of us played. Mostly remembered these days for the unstoppable corner shot. (you know what I mean)

One of the early manager sims out there, they came with a good supply of classic teams (and added in later versions the ability to create your own teams and even league play)

I think, if we're being honest, that this is really a tournament for the "Second Best Sports Game Ever" because there is really only one answer, and I'll be SHOCKED if it's not nearly-if-not-unanimous.

It won't be anonymous because I'm not voting for it. If it is what I am thinking it is, I've never played it.

It will be first though and I think 2nd will be obvious given where this poll is taking place.

Madden is obviously iconic, but as a kid I got way more joy out of playing Blades of Steel.

If Baseball stars isn't on this poll then the whole thing becomes illegitimate.
