2020 in Movies: So whatcha whatca want? (a-watcha want)

2020 Movie Preview: 80+ Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror You Should Know

Oh god, this is NOT a good year for movies:

January: First of all, I've never NOPE NOPE NOPEd out of a movie, not even from a trailer, but a STILL shot from the trailer but the Turning has made that a new category.

February: First movies I'd actually WANT to see: Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn. Also wins the title for longest movie title I definitely would want to see. Sonic The Hedgehog (the new CGI looks ok, but this might go on the list of movies so bad they're good to watch). And then we get to Guns Akimbo. Daniel Radcliffe (ie, Harry Potter) stars as a man who is drawn into a deadly reality game show—where people have to kill each other—in order to get back the woman he loves. He also ends up with guns attached to his hands. Me: SOLD!

March-April: Mulan live action, maybe, and the New Mutants movie FINALLY

May: Black Widow, 'nuff said about that.. June:Wonder Woman '84. July: Free Guy (another so bad it's good candidate). Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

August: Bill and Ted Face the Music. Mostly because I want to see how it kills my memory of the classic movies.

September: The King's Man.. the Prequel to the Kingsman series

October: Venom 2 likely, Snake Eyes (yes, the GI Joe Character is getting a solo movie),

November: The Eternals (More marvel!), and for one of my friends:, Godzilla vs Kong.

December has the most awaited movie: Dune. It also has the one that I will feel the most rage against for my childhood watching: Tom and Jerry, the Live-action movie.

What (if any) movies are YOU looking forward to in 2020?

Godzilla vs. King. I have always been a Godzilla fan. And have hated King Kong. I remember growing up watching the old movies.

Dune is one Im curious about. I love the first movie . One of my favorites. The re-make was bad. Hope this one does the book justice.

Pretty much this.

I was interested in Dune at one point but some rumors are killing my interest.

- Guns Akimbo looks really interesting, I'll give it a shot.
- 1984 - duh, i love me some wonder woman
- Black Widow - she's okay, but I"ve committed so much to the Marvel Universe, I just have to.
- Ghostbusters - sort of feels like Stranger Things. Yes, I"m in!

all these live action movies... just stop already. Live action Lion King was just ok. I"ll probably give Mulan a try, though.

Also, Coming to America 2

Mulan looks like it could be very, very good. We'll see if the story can match the visuals in the previews though.
