WOW, definitely didn't expect the sweep, knew I'd have a shot at least with my top three, but with that Baltimore offense and staff, I'm really surprised. Sorry ekcut, you had a great squad this year. Now on to the classic with the two time reigning CL Prado Award pitcher, Shepperson, taking the mound it game #1.

The 2108 FOOL Classic is set!

The Brooklyn Brownstones face off vs the Hartford Harpooners!

This is Brooklyn's first trip to the Classic since moving north from Georgia. Their franchise won the title last back in 2097. This is the first time in 45 years that the city of New York has a FOOL Classic to watch!

Hartford last won the title in 2099, but victory here will pull the Harpooners into a tie for third place all time for total franchise titles with 14

The new file is up. Tomorrow is an off day and we pick things back up on Thursday morning!

I'm looking for feedback on a possible small schedule change. I'd like to move Monday/Tuesday night sims forward an hour to start at 8pm ET instead of 9pm ET. Is there anyone that would have a horrible objection to that?

Congrats Brooklyn

I support the time change 110%. I have long hoped it would be a little earlier. I might actually get to see the file Monday nights.

Sounds good to me Alan. Monday sims are usually a no-go for me anyway, and not because of anything you do to the time.

Thanks Hyde, I really thought you had it after the BS and going down 3-1, but I guess stranger stuff has happened. I'm still just in shock, I really am surprised that this team won when it was much weaker in my mind than the past two or so years. I guess this sets the new record for the team with the smallest win % to take it all home.

As for the time change, no complaints here.

It's fine for me, but that's because I have to get my export in Sunday nights, as I am at work all day Mondays (and same on Monday night for Tuesday sims).

Of course, for the regular season sim, we're talking two weekend days to get an export in. I would imagine most could manage that.

I'm fine with it. Sometimes I go to sleep before the end of the sim.
