Good luck to you Ekcut, if head to head is an indicator you should win 4 games to 1. Also good luck the the RL teams, at least until you play the CL representative

Thanks, I'll take your confidence as I'm not so confident. I was debating between Sowerbutts and Colomo for my #3 spot, went with the rookie, I have a feeling that will come back to haunt me.

When stuck between a rock and a hard place, you'll want a Sowerbutt

Was a little sad to see we lost a Shepperson start, but happy when I saw that it was instead a gem pitched by Zasedatelev.

Congrats Ekcut, GL on representing the CL in the Classic. On a side note, next time I'm in the playoffs, strict order only, no more highest rested for this guy.

Highest rested in the playoffs I feel only works if you have a 4 or 5 man rotation. With a 3 man rotation, you'll almost always lose the second game after a break in my opinion.

Once again, Garza gives up 2 runs in extra innings, but this time an error by the 1B and then a second error by Garza himself on a pick off attempt allows them to be recorded as unearned runs.

Spoiler

Hartford leads the series 3-0

Hartford has not lost yet this postseason, but Baltimore has Huang up next who has not given up a run (and barely given up any base runners) this postseason.

We will see what happens when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object.

Thanks to the rain delay in the 11th inning in that game, it finished at about midnight.

A November game in Baltimore at midnight when the weather was 38 degrees at start time.. sounds pleasant baseball weather

Luckily for Hartford, they don't have to face Huang in game 9, and they have the pitcher they want going for them.
