I would have taken a Sami Salo comparison. Oh well, maybe next time I'll be a bit older than 14, and get compared to #4 Bobby Orr. Oh too dream...

Sorry guys, it's too late as the last try is currently being simmed and I don't add any new players anymore.
I have a question for the guys already in about your created players: Is any of these guys afro-american? Don't ask why, but I'd like to know if one of them is. |

Another thing to mention, post it if you want your guy NOT TO wear a vison in the NHL, each player who hasn't asked to remove it will wear a visor.

In your player's ability and career, no. In the reports I'm going to post, yes. BTW, I forgot to mention that every goaltender who doesn't advise otherwise will wear a mask with a neck protector. You can post it if you want to wear a cage and/or remove the neck protector. |

Here's a little statistical teaser for you guys as the story is still a few weeks away; note that there's a slight chance these stats might change for various reasons but they are as it should be if no problems occur.
-60 out of the 64 players were drafted to the NHL. -24 different teams drafted these 60 players. -One specific NHL team has drafted 7 out of the 64 players. -1 out of the 64 players already has a Stanley Cup ring. -3 players have won the Memorial Cup at least once. -5 players have lead their league (Only counting QMJHL, OHL or WHL) in scoring at least once. Don't get your hopes up too much though as the updates might not be coming too soon as it's pretty long to write up. |

This is advancing at a pretty slow rate right now, as I expected because I'm having a pretty charged week, but updates should start coming in the next two weeks. Let's hope everyone keeps interested until then and for those who wondered, this is all but dead.

Sweet, I'm looking forward to it. Unless I'm 1 of the 4 who didn't make it. That'd be lame

What's lame about this? You might have a succesful career even if you don't get drafted. One or more out of these four might actually get signed later in his career. Nothing lame about not being drafted, and I hope it doesn't hold the guys who's player wasn't drafted from reading. |

I actually wouldn't mind not being drafted, ending up playing in the UK or Slovenia or someplace. I think that would be cool. |

It's been a long time since I've updated you guys on this. No, it's not dead; it's just going forward slowly. I hope to be able to start posting updates in January, but I won't fix a hard deadline.
Let's hope you guys are still interested! |

I've taken a big decision. I'm restarting; I took too many players and this would be too much useless work as most of them are pretty similar players with different names. This thread will be locked, if you want info on how your career was in this dynasty, considering I never did the promised update (sorry for that...), just PM me and I'll do my best to provide as much info as possible.
So I'm going to be restarting, I will start another thread in the next few minutes and I'm going to take 20 total entries from the two boards I'm posting this on. Sorry again, if you still want to be a part of the dynasty, be quick and post in the other thread before it's full! |
