Souksangouane Phengsene and his sweet driving skills
That long ass name is the drunk driver who killed Malik Sealy in 2000. He served 4 years.
I don't know if anyone is aware but he got arrested on another felony DD charge in Oct. 2006. That is despicable. Oh but there is more. On March 30, 2008, Phengsene was arrested in Minneapolis on suspicion of drunk driving. Thankfully, On April 24, he was sentenced to another eight years in prison. After you kill somebody how do you get back on the road, drunk? After serving four years in prison? Unbelievable. Then get arrested, and do it again! Ignorance is bliss |

Lord only knows how many friends/acquaintances I know who have driven drunk. And, honestly, I've done it too (I think I've explained the circumstances here before, but it still doesn't excuse it). That being said, I feel like I can say this guy should go to jail for life. Unfortunately, the legal system has so many quirks and misguided regulations to follow (such as .02 for 20-y/o's or even the numerous technicalities that are what apparently matter in a courtroom) that we can't keep guys like this off the road.

Well, I am pretty sure he got the largest sentence in the history of drinking and driving cases - for good reason. You kill somebody, learn your god damn lesson.
