USB 2.0 Help
I'm having a problem with my iPhone syncing and updating and one of the culprits is that my computer doesn't have any USB 2.0 ports.
Actually, I believe that I SHOULD have some 2.0 ports, but they don't seem to be working. In device manager, I show that I have a USB 2.0 adapter, but when i look at the ports themselves, they are all low-speed ports. I have Winxp SP2 installed and my motherboard supposedly supports the 2.0 standard. What can I do to troubleshoot what is going on and get those high speed ports working? |

I hate to give such a generic answer but it sounds like the drivers need to be installed. The XP drivers are probably installed, but what about the USB drivers that came on the motherboard CD?
Also, check the BIOS to make sure that USB 2.0 is enabled if you have that setting. |
