LEAGUE VISION
The Front Office Weekday League is a very fast-paced league that strives to keep rules to a minimum. Each season is comprised of 10 stages:

1. Staff Hiring (all 3 stages in one sim)
2. Franchise Tags and Summer League
3. Early Free Agency (only renegotiations and interviews can be done here)
4. Late Free Agency Stage 1
5. Late Free Agency Stage 2
6. Late Free Agency Stage 3-5
7. Training Camp
8. Preseason
9. Regular Season
10. Playoffs

Stages are simmed one per weekday.

• INJURY SETTING: 0
• SALARY CAP INCREASE: $100k per year

RULES

I. FREE AGENCY/DRAFTING

• All contracts to UFAs during FA2:1-5 must be for three years or longer. Any exports violating this will be removed.
• There is no traditional draft, all rookies will enter the Late Free Agency pool.

II. TRADING

• No player signed to a new contract in the current year may be traded. (FOF rules enforced.)

What is the penalty for a team to be over the cap? I know in game it is a 3rd rounder, but since we have no draft is there actually a penalty for being over?
