Very nice job by IGN, I just might have to subscribe to them.
NCAA 2004 FB Madden 2004 Tiger Woods 2004 NHL 2004 MM 2004 CBB Which brings me to the question, "What is Sega's answer to what could be a huge EA filled sports year?" Todd |

The additions they're talking about for Madden sound really really impressive, but not so over the top that I don't think they can pull it off. I hated EA for a loooong time because of the severe lack of realism in all their games, but Madden is starting to really take hold here.

I think most teams would gladly play me and my Hoosiers, since A: They suck, and B: I suck.

Games that look good:
Tiger Woods 2004 - Last years version was awesome NHL 2004 - Sounds really cool Madden 2004 - HOLY SHIT THIS GAME SOUNDS AWESOME!!! NCAA Football 2004 - teams the under-perform for a significant amount of time can actually get dropped from their conference. At the same time, Notre Dame could do well and decide to join a conference. Kick ass!!! Good god this is a good line up of games! |

This is a quote taken from maddenplanet.com taken from IGN.com about Madden 2004
"Ownership mode is both a part of franchise mode if you want it to be, or as an alternative FOF-type-game without you physically playing a single game" I am very curious to see exactly what EA has done with this feature. I was not going to buy the new Madden, because I didn't want to spend the money on just new rosters. This feature with career stats already there cuould be just awsome!!!

Good one SegRat, I missed that one. The use of the initials FOF mixed with Madden, makes me giddy inside.

I haven't really got to hear too much of this info, but what I have sounds great. Looks like Madden and NCAA will good stuff this year, and I'm hoping NBA Live will be also.
I don't hold hope for FIFA, I've given up. As to that NCAA being on the PC, I've heard several places that's a typo, and I personally would find it hard to believe that they'd release it on the PC purely for sales reasons. Man, I wish they would though, that'd be great. |

Maybe the Wild will actually be good in NHL 2004, though they'll probably suffer the same videogame fate as the Patriots did this year.
