Needed a little kick start, so I ran to and from work the past two days. Three straight days if I make it home today. I live 11 miles from work, which just isn't feasible for a there and back, so I drive to Chain Bridge, park, and run across the bridge then in on the C&O Canal Towpath, through Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, past the White House and to my office - just under 6 miles.
