So I came up with a really awesome idea for a forum post/dynasty thing. It will take a LOT of work to get it to run. I have to do all of the backstory first, and then post it all at once. But if it works.....it could be incredible.

So this post is a motivation for me to work it. Public stuff like this often gets me motivated

Based on several things, but in part on the Alzar D&D dynasty.

I finished the rough draft today, and it clocked in at 17,000 words.

I expect to edit it, add some more descriptions in places, and flesh it out tomorrow, and then I'll need to take these sections I wrote and combine them and randomize them into a giant gamebook in the thread. That will take hours.

But at the end we will have a forum gamebook. That's cool!
