I'm of course, very much in support of a settler. I've got another unit being produced in Glasgow, so we can send him or send one of our Edinburgh units. Not a big deal.

Also, if this isn't already being done the worker(s) near Edinburgh should immediately focus efforts to bringing the iron into our empire. The Scottish military will be a force to be feared! We're going to need the strength as our foreign embassaries' Scottish accents are misconstrued as insults or declarations of war.

I did not know this, although it makes sense, since the hypaspist spent all his time training for city attack, the city garrison upgrade is not availlable to him. Please choose a different upgrade ASAP.

I harken back to how lucky we are to even exist. When those barbarians were beating our doors in, and burning our mines and fields, I thought the Scottish empire was doomed, but CW has led us to some great victories and I am glad we can continue on in the Scottish tradition.

I agree with this regarding my settler in Glasgow, perhaps continue north to the coastline. I do request an escort from CW if available.

I rather go long term with the merchant and put him in a city that has the largest amount of money made per turn. Or use him for tech.

Send him to the farthest city he can find for a one time gold boost, save him for the possibility of spawning a great era for 10 turns or so, create a specialized merchant in one of the cities thereby accentuating some production, use him to help the scientists advance their studies of a science (i can get you better detail about which one when I get back this afternoon)

to be more specific, by adding Mr. Firestone to Edinburgh, where he would set up Firestone Corp you would increase the city's food prod +1 and gold prod +6. I wanted to clarify that this is what you want based on the more specific info. please advise.
