Very true. Before we go to War, I reccomend we use this great merchant for the one time lump sum of money. This will fund our war effort and allow us to run 100% technology.

CW is now in charge of a "lawful war effort". For this war to be ended, after it is declared only an offer of peace from the enemy accepted by NTNDEACON, a call by the Congress to end it and than a vote, or NTNDEACON's negotiation of peace.

Right now mathematics has a short lead....Ill wait til morning to push us forward. Exciting times are ahead of us....CW better be up to it!! The fate of the Scottish empire rests upon his and his soldiers shoulders.

Should the invasion go well, more land may be claimed. However, at this time, capture of those two cities is all I intend to plan for. I intend to bring the full weight of the Scottish Empire to bear down on the heathens. Should the first two cities fall, we will successfully have established a beachhead to conduct further operations, but until then, we must be on guard against a counter offensive.

As such, I leave 3 units defending Edinburgh and Stirling, our most open border cities (I think). All other forces will be brought to the front, supported by our soon to be battering rams. We shall beat down the walls of our enemies and crush them. Such major defenses are not necessary in our cities further from the front. They shall have a small force defending them, of course, but we cannot spare as many troops for their defense. Should it fall to them, we are already lost.

What say you, my esteemed governors?

In Summary - Plan of Attack

- Declaration after 3 rams built & moved up to the front.
- Assault Force "Tartan": Move from Stirling eastward, attacking Ukrainian city there.
- Assault Force "Haggis": Move from Edinburgh eastward, attacking the city we know of right there.
- Troop Deployment: 3 defenders in Edinburgh & Stirling, 1-2 in our other towns, split the remainder between the 2 Assault Forces (Assault Force Haggis will be slightly higher in number).

Fairly certain we have enough troops for this. If you vote in the affirmative, I will immediately begin shuffling troops to their respective positions in preparation.

Coffee, please advise which troops you want in Stirling to make up Tartan, and which troops in Edinburgh for Haggis? Let me know if you need a troop update.
