Chevrolet Ads
Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but sometimes (perhaps every time) the Chevy ads are on the top of the board, the rest of the board will not load for me. I guess I haven't noticed if they are ever on while the board does work for me, but every time the board doesn't, the ads are on top. Is there a workaround. FWIW, I'm on the Sideline layout.

Would this be the time for the standard "Get FIrefox and use Adblock" commentary?
I never see any ads on FOFC. |

I loved Firefox for a long time. Now it freezes constantly, and then often goes to "Ask.com" without my consent. I've run everything to clean it up. Nothing works.
I finally gave up, and started using Chrome. Chrome sucks, as it is so bare-bones and it also freezes , although MUCH less often. What can I do though? IE is obviously not an option, and FF has become shit. Ugh.

Just a guess, but maybe FF isn't the issue.

I thought this was a thread about the constant Chevy commercials starring Howie Long on tv. I hate Howie Long.

I have the same problem. I thought it was because I had the flash disable addon installed

Maybe I'm just boring and don't go to all the "fun" sites others do, but I don't run a ton of anti-anything software and I so rarely every get malware/virus/adware problems that I think its bizarr that so many people still do.
I have AGV for anti-virus and it gets run maybe 1 time a week. I have a couple anti spyway/adware programs but I only run them if I actually see a problem, so maybe twice a year? I use FIrefox with Adblock religiously. I haven't seen a popup or unwanted ad in months, probably close to a year. So where the hell are you all going that you get all this stuff? =) |

DOLA: One thing I Don't ever use is Outlook. I refuse to allow that program access to anything. I use Pegasus Mail (a rather old version too) for my email program.

I have the same problem both in IE and Google Chrome. I found that if I went to hxxp://www.operationsports.com/fofc/ it would do it, but if I directed my browser to a specific .php website on FOFC, it would load completely.
