bbor, look at the question, he didn't say that the player scored for Boston, Muller scored for Montreal.

Klatt is a former Gopher! He also played on the last Minnesota North Star team.

The Wild gave that game away, looks like it will be a long series.

hmmm,
missed the OT fest in Dallas -exciting read here though...
will have to watch ESPN to find out the Nuck's score- think theyre going to the Show this year... Ottawa shook off the rust after one period to beat my Flyers. Flyers could'nt sustain an attack -no rebounds - no front of the net shots - Ottawa showed why they're gonna win the Cup this year.... BIG, FAST, and not afraid to hit either, kinda wish they weren't playing Philly now, we needed time to recover from the Leafs series....

Made it until the dramatic end in the multi OT Dall/Ana game and I will say this.

Dallas will not go down 0-2. Giggy is human believe it or not.
Pick up some scratch and play the Stars ML.

Great hockey last night. A missed opportunity for the Flyers, and wow what a game in Vancouver. Let's go Sens and Canucks.

And yes, Muller was the correct answer.

Wow, another nailbiter at the end, but the Wild somehow closed this one out, 3-2, this series is going to go deep.

Must have been watching a diff game. Scoring chances were a plenty and both keeps played outstanding. 3rd period was a bit of a drag, but entertaining.

Stat of the night was something like 98% of this series has been tied or one goal difference. Amazing.

See the Stars winning in seven.

Well, they won a must win game, so, it's either back on track for the Stars, or back to the miracle run for Anaheim. I'm betting that ESPN does not like these teams out west!

A couple of interesting games tonight, the Canadian teams go up 2-1, both by 3-2 scores. In the Wild game, all the goals were scored on the PP. Special teams are definitely key this time of year. The best thing about losing for the Wild is, Fernandez should be back in goal for game 4.

Though I am very, very, very happy that Minnesota beat Colorado, one of only two good things to have happened (sportwise) in April (aka The. Worst. Sporting Month. Ever.), I can't say I want them to continue winning.

I understand they don't have the talent and speed to compete with most of the other teams and are forced, therefore, to play the trap. But the trap sucks. It's boring. It's dull and seriously hinders the beauty and grace of the game. I hate to see that kind of play rewarded. I'd much rather see a fast, hard-hitting team like the Canucks move on.

I like the Wild. They did their good deed for the playoffs and it's now time to move on.

An all-Canadian Cup final would be great.

So does the redline, who cares, if it's your team and they are winning, does it make a difference?

To be truthful, it's the Canucks that are trying to plug up the neutral zone in this series because of the Wild speed.

I think Lehtinen is a lock for the Selke. Even if he has already won it twice. He just keeps getting better, and he finally put up some good offensive number, also. I'm also glad Kapanen is learning from him. The kid has some natural skills and with a two (hopefully three!) time Selke winner showing him the ropes, he could be one of the greats!

No jumping for me. They deserve to lose when they play that way. Can you imagine? All of the firepower in that room? The dough thrown out, and they bring THAT EFFORT on the ice? If I were Hicks, I would be down in the locker room with a baseball bat crushing prima donna skulls.

I'm not trying to take anything away from the Ducks...they're a good team. But you have to TRY! You have to play with a sense of urgency and desire. That was a wretched effort by the Stars.

Wow, NJ in 3 OT's!

And now the Wild and Vancouver are headed to OT too. The Wild need to learn to seal the deal, if they did, they would be sitting up 3-1 in this series.

I also saw on the ESPN crawl that Yzerman is coming back next year.

Well, they did it against Colorado, but I think its asking too much to come back from that type of deficit twice in a row. Too bad,I like the Wild and was pulling for them to make it out of the West.

There was a graphic on HNIC. Twice a team that came back from down 3-1, manged to force a Game 7 when down again 3-1 a second time. No team has managed to twice come back in the same playoff year.
