golfing in Napa Valley

Some guys I know are going to be in Napa Valley on a business trip and asked me to help them find a golf course. It looks like their free day will be on march 27, a Saturday. Can anyone help me out? Price is not a factor. thanks

Is "Napa Valley" code word for "Las Vegas"?

Silverado is probably the most famous course in the area. It has hosted several PGA tournaments.

Silverado is the most famous in the area to be sure. Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are right next to each other, and both are pretty nice. Chardonnay is more expensive and considered to be "nicer", but I much prefer playing Eagle Vines. It's newer, well maintained, and their signature hole is fantastic. It's similar to hole 17 at Sawgrass in that you're trying to land the ball on an island. The island is bigger in size than the one at Sawgrass, but you're also teeing off from an elevation that's 50 feet or so higher than the green.

Hiddenbrooke is another course that's a bit more out of the way (it's in Solano County), but it's quite nice as well and the site of an LPGA Tournament every year, I believe. It's probably about a 30-40 minute drive from downtown Napa.

I grew up in the area, so feel free to shoot any more questions my way and I'll do my best to answer them.
