League File note for those who haven't been around in the past few days.

There was a problem with the FTP site, so I had to swap them out. As a result, if you haven't checked in over the past week, you'll need to grab a copy of this file, copy over the .dat files in your current FOOL.lg folder and then you'll be able to upload exports and download league files from the new FTP site.

I think the stupid league HTML was causing problems for me to upload. I don't know what I do wrong that it never updates everything, but...I've decided to jettison the practice for the time being.
