The Vulcans are rebuilding and we wre looking to trade Andy Baker if someone is interested. Looking for 'spects or some kind of package of players.

Dc also gonna forward my legacy guy to you finally slowrolled on that one.

Are we moving to the Franchise Player now instead of the Legacy player or is it being grandfathered in / out for the franchises that never submitted a Legacy Player?

I wrote in the legacy thread that teams that never had them can still add them until the last one retires. If all of them were gone. it'd be different but I don't see any reason to stop them. So franchise players can be named and Legacy guys will just hang until they all retire. Then we'll be done with the legacy guys for good.

Going to run spring training here in a few minutes, I was unable to do it until now.
