FOOLX Notice
I have been testing out the possible ways to fix the budgets issue and have found that setting the budget at $72,500,000 for everyone accomplishes what we are after better.
Just in case you guys had made plans this will take affect after we complete the 2116 season. After the playoffs are complete and before the file is uploaded I'll make these changes.
