I don't think one spot automatically leads to wolfhood. I think that might end up becoming obvious in some way, and then all the wolves are hung as soon as one is. I don't think Alan would do that.

I thnik st.cronin is right that this will be more complicated. Alan tends toward the more complicated. My guess is the wolves will come from multiple places, with the one chosen from a given spot being determined by some factor like order of destination choice or game sign up order.

In any case, as long as there is a possibility that role can be determined from your first destination, I think it best we keep that a secret for now.

I've been on one actual cruise in my life and enjoyed it about a thousand times more than I expected to. Hopefully this one won't disappoint either. I could use the R&R.

My hunch is that Alan has a set number of wolves in mind for the game, and that all the wolves will consist of people who have gone to the same place -- and that place is whichever one the right amount of people go to (so if four people go shopping, and he wanted four wolves, everyone who went shopping is a wolf).

Interesting theory. The randomness of the point of wolf origin is a new aspect I didn't consider. I still don't think Alan would make so obvious a connection amongst wolves.

No need to apologize. I was pretty sure you meant it that way. But I didn't want anyone else reading (particularly newer players) taking it literally and thinking we already have wolves amongst us when I am pretty sure we don't.

I agree which is why we can't win until Day 4. I think at that time we can assume that all roles which are to be had are in the game.

I went shopping and did not learn of anyone else during the process.

I now have a series of three other actions I can take for this evening, one of which pretty clearly suggests a role to me.

I'm amused that I was able to not post for a single day (72+ hour day!!!) and not be called out for it

Now that I've finished up that little social experiment, time to focus on a game of werewolf.

Jackal + Lathum - do you see value in publishing who else you saw at your location?
