A0 Page Layout
I need to make a poster for a paper I'm presenting and it's supposed to be in A0 size. Does anyone have any recommendations for a program to use. Preferably free. I tried word but it won't accept pages that size. I may use powerpoint but was wondering if there's something better. I do have access to a Mac at home.

Is there an Open-office version of Microsoft Publisher? I know that does A0 pages...
