What Castillo did, really only being healthy for like 3 games, is rather impressive.

Nice to see as well, last years Suprise player of the year become our Defensive MVP this year(spann)

I REALLY wish we could have Castillo back for just one more year. At least Spann has two more to go.

Not only does Michigan get the #1 rated recruit in the nation, a RB from Maywood, IL, but they also get the #1 rated QB in the nation, a homegrown talent from Clarkson, MI.

I have no idea why Texas is now #2 and Auburn is favored by 5 to beat them - nor do I understand why Miami is now #1? I assume it has something to do with the playoff format or something, although rankings really mean nothing in this scenario.

2005 National Championship

ACC #1 Miami (13-1) vs SEC #7 Auburn (13-2) (-3)

Can Miami win the National Championship for the 2nd year in a row? Will Auburn stop this dominant Miami team who is 28-2 the last 2 seasons?

Miami averages 50.8 points per game and Auburn is #1 in the nation in passing yards with 5716.

Congratulations to the 2005 National Champion Miami Hurricanes!!

#1 Miami - 66 (14-1)
#7 Auburn - 38 (13-3)

QB Hardy Humphries (Auburn) wins the 2005 Heisman trophy - setting a new NCAA record for passing yards with 5345. He also added 53 TD's and threw 15 INT's for a rating of 165.3.

Michigan is the top recruiting class and we are ranked #125 - dead last this year.
