It is a Whip of Enticement. Basically it increaes your chances of hitting and damage done, and if you hit they have a chance to miss their next attack on you. It has a whopping value of 1250 so it must be pretty good.

Wasn't told the plus on it, so you will have to take your chances with that. It's got a pretty high value on it, so I'm not sure if this is the payment for the "oweing" I owe you for from a while back

Pass you might want to hold on to that in case a person gets turned to stone by an attack. You can trade it to them even though they are stone I think. Given the presence of the scroll and the shield of reflection, it sounds like a medusa will be found at some point.

Yeah, I'm not going to sell it to the Djinni or anything -- I'll definitely hold on to it in case it ends up being useful later, but if it's useful to someone now, then we can work something out.

To use it, you have to have weapons' expertise. And I just so happen to have a book of weapon expertise. ON SALE for 200gp!

bad luck? I would have been beaten up pretty badly, as in dead without my spells, so they were pretty tough cabinets

Since coming across CR and ntn in the bandit room, I went into one room that would have required me to kill a non-combatant to get the loot, so I got squat. The last room had a nice shrine that healed me and gave a little xp.

I have not actually had to use that particular wand. I haven't needed anything more than my spells + wand of acid arrow.
