figured it out. Buyer left me negative on Ebay and spelled it wrong. Should be - kiss up 2 buy here not kiskup2 buy here.

Nasty seller 100% feedback NOT TRUE left+okay blocked me so kiskup2 buy here...
Buyer purchased a few things from us and for the 1st feedback they said 'ok'. Our customer service radar perks up when we see one work things like ok/thanks/k/A and things of that nature so, we look at past feedback. The lady always leaves glowing remarks like 'greatest seller....' 'best ever.. ' and similar long lines of text where we got 'ok' So, in the morning we pulled the DSR reports and found that we were left 2/2/2/2 stars across the board. In the new world of Ebay, a star of 1 or 2 is just as bad as a negative so, we blocked her. She tried to buy more today, found she was blocked and was pissed off and left negative on the other feedback. Which see wasn't satisfied on the first, so why buy more? *shrug*
