Stadium Renovation and Turf issues!

I feel this is a big issue in MP leagues, you take over a team that has got poor turf and the teams maybe been neglected a bit over the years and because of that no matter what you do you can't upgrade the turf / stadium and the team just gets injury after injury. This ruins the fun I feel. We are in 2017 all real NFL teams have great turf. Yes injuries are apart of the game and we all have to live with them but not when it's due to turf.

I feel ya, had a serial contender in one league but couldn't shake the poor turf. It should be easier to generate enough support for that improvement at least.
