Data Analysis

I am determined to step up my knowledge of this fantastic game by understanding better and collect more data.

I.E. Total number of minus and plus plays throughout the season and player's career. Keep track of the combine changes during the off-season drillls. Change in ratings by every player...

What programme / language are u using guys? SQL? Pen and paper? Other?

I guess you guys collect the data using the magnificent Stealmack Utility Suite?

I mainly use Excel and take data directly from the CSVs the game exports; for a few data-heavy tasks Excel was struggling to handle the data so I taught myself SQL which was easier than I thought it would be. I posted a few thoughts on that and the links I used to get started here:
