The new file is up!

Playoffs run tomorrow night. HTML will finish updating some point early morning it seems.

Both versions of the Chico Rebels can celebrate tonight. The best record in FOOL and my first win in fantasy football! Thanks for another great sim Alan. Good job everyone

Over the past week while travelling, I put together STATSLAB for FOOL as well.

For those who are not in FOOL-X or FOOL-H, it is a larger stat repository of various neat things. Unfortunately the extra stuff not in the game (such as OPS+, ERA+, Win Shares, etc) won't have historical data in for it, just from 2038 and on.

Default login for all managers in it is: baseball

Login, change your password and give it a try. Let me know if you have issues with it.

One of the fun things I would not have noticed if not for Statslab are things such as:

Jun 2, 2038: Box Score | Game Log

123456789 RHE
Boston300000000 351
Napa Valley00046241X 17191
W: J. Flores L: S. Calderón
HR - NVY: D. Long (2), H. Okamoto, F. García
Notes: D. Long plates 8

Oct 1, 2038: Box Score | Game Log

123456789101112RHE
Hammersmith0011010000003130
Chico0000100200014151
W: R. Gunter L: D. Eddie
HR - CHI: T. Jones
Notes: K. Hsi goes 11 innings

Hsi really pitched 11 innings there!!

Wow, what an odd, mystifying season. Downloading the file right now.

Seems like a ton of bad luck and unexpectedly poor performances from some of my main guys. My penchant for being awful at home (can't figure that out; heck, I tailor my team to the park!) returned, and we just never seemed to pull out of it.

Downloading the file now to get down into it and figure it out. What a tremendous disappointment.

The SS defense issue Alan issue may have had an effect, but if it did, it didn't affect things last year, when the same guy with about the same rating played most of the games over at SS. And the 3B (Roy and Watanabe) were better than my 3B last year. 2B was improved as well. :shurg:

Congrats to the playoff teams. May the best squad win!

P.S. Someone may want to check out that game Walt Shaw stroked six hits (I think it's on Page 1 of this thread). The game description said the final score was 31-12! No one picked up on that? WTH's that about?

I picked up on it and commented during the season about it!

Somewhat disappointed in my squad. Was really expecting better than that. Congrats to the playoff teams.

Pretty good season there. I didn't expect to contend due to our inability to snag a real 5th starter on the cheap.

Sorry I missed the festivities, we were State-Fairing it yesterday and I barely got my export in yesterday morning before we left. Congrats to the playoff teams!

My first date involved the fair, funnel cake, a big soda, a cheap ride, and vomit.
