I should be more of a believer in Napa Valley, I think. Every year I undervalue Teach's pitching and yet there they are. Still a realistic chance of reaching the playoffs.

Hartford and Colorado both have clinched playoff spots in the Republic League. Atlanta is close in the Continental League, I think by eyeballing it, they have a magic number of maybe one to clinch a playoff spot.

Wow, those two squads in the RL just seem to be phenomenal.

Not surprised Commo is right there, closing the gap. He has a very good team.

He's not out of it yet, but if ekcut does indeed fail to make the playoffs this year, we should take a moment to acknowledge what a truly incredible squad he has been running out there now for, like, a decade. I think he said last year it was 8 or 9 years in a row of second or better finish!

Just 63-50 since that 27-5 start. That's a bit more coming down to Earth. Hopefully I can sweat it out. It would be nice to be first. Haven't done that in a while.

I didn't want to bring it up, Tim, but yeah, I am wondering that, too. Just a weird fall off from your club, and I know you have a lot more talent than that record is indicating.

Everyone should stop themselves seriously before trading him a great pitcher, I think.

Despite Baltimore having gone 7-3 in their last 10 games, they have been eliminated from the post season. Brooklyn has clinched a playoff spot.

Atlanta 91-59 (magic #3)
Brooklyn 89-61 2 GB

I am beginning to get really annoyed at my team's annual September swoon. They have been making a habit of it.

I want to end the season on top of the standings for once. Is that too much to ask? Grrr...

BTW, Brooklyn wraps the season with a three game series @BAL. Almost a terrific end of season showdown.

Congrats on clinching, BTW, Commo!

Thanks, wish I would have made it in as the League Winner, but I guess I will have to settle for beating your squad as the Continental Cup winners

My wife is encouraging me to get off the computer since we're in a hotel room and convinced the grandmother to watch our little one.. so I'll let someone else download the league file and post up any stats info they want.

Overall I am really happy with the offensive numbers this season at first glance. things feel very balanced to me. I'll dig further into the numbers this weekend to see if anything seems off to me.

Does that mean the file is already up?

Wahoo. Back to the 4th overall pick.

Is dacubz running Columbus? If so thats good, we're actually down to 1 AI team.

Upload says about 20 minutes left for it to be finished. so give it about 25-30 minutes and you should be good to go.

We keep trying for this COL-ATL championship series and screwing it up. Can we do it this year? Commo's squad is top notch, I don't know I can make any promises just yet.

Good job in the CL Chief and Commo, and of course to Muns as Tas....

Way to go everyone. I know I can't wait to see all the stats for the season. I can't wait to see the Hartford/Colorado head to heads either. I'm guessing we beat up the rest of the RL pretty bad, and the majority of our losses will be against each other.
