Heh....yeah, I've avoided CM just for that same reason. I know if I play it, I'll be hooked on the game, so I just try to stay away. I have enough to deal with playing the games of sports I actually like and care about. Heck, I play enough FBCB and I HATE real college basketball.

I play it. It's hard. It's the type of game that sits in the background for days a time and gets a little push ahead every so often.

I like college basketball during tourney time (and obviously have FBCB since we're in the same league together). I don't care for pro basketball, but I actually own DDS:PB. Only played it a few times though.. it kept crashing on me so I gave up mercifully.

That's pretty much what I expected, considering the posts we get during the season threads. The only reason muns isn't first is because of his break he had to take. I know I've more than doubled my overall board posts because of this sub-forum.

Ok, the new file is up and HTML is uploading currently.

We have Wednesday off, during which time I'll be helping pack the moving vans for one of our franchises to head to the far east!

Thursday morning 7am ET we will have the Amateur draft. See you then!

The LA Riot Squad is the supporter's crew that has gotten a lot of play the past couple days because they were the ones getting on Beck's back, and had the fan that came down to fight Becks and was hauled away by security.

No, not a member of that crew. They're assholes.

Their head guy admits the best Galaxy supporters' group is the ABC--Angel City Brigade. That's where I'm at.

I had the same problem even though they say there isnt anything wrong and the game doesnt crash

Which is why I dont play their pro or college game. Their college game was less crashy, but when it did, it killed me so I just quit playin it.

I'm only a great commish in 24 hour stretches. Now for the next 36 hours I get to be a lousy one that forgets to process ekcut/gstelmack's FOOL-X trade in the morning while I accidentally give Montreal's new team jerseys a pink color!

"Accidentally" give it fuchsia stripes as well.

Well I'm more than willing to work through crashes and go out of my way to try to troubleshoot or help troubleshoot them. (Lord knows how many bugs I've had to figure my way through in OOTP). With the DDS series, they seemed very interested in helping me, they just wern't able to reproduce alot of them because the crashes would randomly occur all throughout the month at different times. And re-simming would never have them occur in the same place twice. So after a few weeks, I finally gave up and shelved it.

And some day in about 4-5 weeks someone will do a search of the forums for DDS:CB looking for pointers or helps or whatever and be really puzzled when they get sent to a FOOL playoff thread.

If you have something classic but cool in mind I'm fine with it.

Thanks Alan.

Looking forward to next season!
