Cleveland sets a new RL record for wins in a season with 115! They are second overall to Boston's 119 wins back in 1996.

Grats on the playoffs Teach!

So much for a tiny glimmer of a chance at 3-peating. I gotta actually sign people in the offseason.

Is this really the place to discuss dating?

I'm not sure which is worse. Dating the competition from that inferior Designated Hitter using league or not remembering that you actually went on the date or not.

Are you insinuating that Tasan isn't a memorable date? I'm pretty sure he should take offense to that.

Also, if this isn't a place to discuss dating, I don't know where is!

Wowzers - I had to step out for a bit and came back to 115 wins. I'm not sure how this team won that many games but I'm pretty stoked about setting the RL record for wins. I really wish we had Sept call ups to give my guys rest - I'm afraid of them tanking in the playoffs due to my lack of depth.

Good luck to all tomorrow - and good job to Las Vegas holding on to second. I really didn't want another season ended by Spring again

Wow, you guys got a lot talked about while I was driving in to work! Congrats to the playoff teams.

Havana took the step back I anticipated. My old friend the negative Pyuthagorean record returned, as that indicates my actual performance was closer to where Chicago is, but it wasn't reflected in my wins. That performance sounds about right, given the potential issues I highlighted before.

Glad I signed Jimenez to an extension (albeit a one year one) prior to the season, because I'll bet he would ask for a lot more if he were asking again after this season.

im hoping for a good series vs the Naps. Taking a look at the stats we have a even matchup with one big difference. While the Wildcats have a very slight advantage in batting AVG and ERA, the Naps scored more runs. The Naps also walked less batters and struck out more batters. Can the Wildcats score some runs against the 2 top pitchers with Cleveland? I'm just hoping i dont get swept out of the playoffs.

I just spent over an hour going over this leagues history and loved every minute of it. I spent most of the time looking back at my Naps team registry and reminiscing at all the players throughout our history.

Thats one of the best things about these leagues I think. I love checking the all time team leaders the most myself. It's fun to check out where my current players fair against my all time greats. I compare everyone to Jose Sosa. Sosa is my favorite player in FOOLX history because he was great and was playing very early in the leagues start. 100% agree that the history is so fun to look at because we created it as a league.

I was aiming for the #1 pick before a slow return back to competitiveness but I guess there were a couple shitacular teams that I just couldn't bring myself to be worse than. 4th will have to do.

Congrats to the playoff teams. Good luck tomorrow.

I'm not sure if the standings are still open for points gained in Teach's awesomeness awards but if she were around, I think it's pretty safe to assume you would have been awarded at least +3 points for your use of "shitacular"!

REALLY not my fault. Tell her I respect her as well as the sanctity of marriage. If it helps I can call you ugly and gross...

You're getting the hang of this point-giving thing!

+4 for knowing how I roll

Unfortunately I work on Thursday mornings now and can't enjoy the sims. End of day comments are all I can muster.

I used to look forward to waking up, putting on a pot, and watching the season unfold. I'm actually considering a change in schedule so I can get back in the routine.

Hey Alan, are there some extra files that help with upload problems in ootp11? I just installed the game on my desktop, and I can't upload, getting the error 201 problem.

You need the gm account dat file from the settings folder to copy it over. It is not included in the daily file uploads. if you don't have your old computer any longer, let me know and I can email it to you.

Nah, I've got it. Thanks Alan. Finding that info was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I wish you would have played me more. Now I'm tied with NY for the battle for 1st pick. Pretty soon the turn around can begin.
