Heh... I think he got that when BK stepped down, and it was a particularly dead time for WW. No one else wanted to step up and take it, so Danny manned up.

I think that's the more dangerous item for the wolves to have if they get lucky enough to win one. Iocane could be annoying in their hands too, but that's a 50-50 chance to work whereas the wheelbarrow is guaranteed to work and easier for them to use against whomever they want.
