So You Think You Can Dance?

Anyone but me watch this? I don't usually like these types of things, but dancing is different... I love it so far.

I was on call and missed it, but I TIVO'd it at the request of Mrs. Eaglesfan. We'll probably watch it together this weekend at some point.

I meant to get things set to Tivo it but forgot, watched about 3/4 of it tonight and it was different. I'm not a big dance fan but figured Mrs. FBPro would like it and so I watched w/ her.

We watched the first 30 minutes and got bored with it. Dancing sucks.

I was tempted to turn it off the second after the Simon Cowell character offered that insipid comment about how that one chick did more spinning than his wife's dryer, or whatever he said. If that's the best he can come up with 15 minutes into the first show, I can't imagine how incredibly lame the rest of his "witty, snide comments" are going to be.

I saw them parade out the fat guy and ask how many dancers he had inside himself. That was about it for me.

Well, I loved the first episode. I don't know if I'll like the actual SHOW once they're passed the point of letting the dancers do whatever they want.

There were some nice stories... the first fat guy was decent, and actually got moved along to Hollywood. You guys can continue to watch the other crap on TV now though. But in the end, it's all crap I guess.
