OK, I have received the replacement CPU for the one I got that didn't work. If I don't have an update soon, either:
  1. the new one is broken also
  2. something else is messed up and not allowing any CPU to run
  3. I can't figure out how to get the universe file to transfer
  4. I can't get the liscensing deal to work
  5. my internet doesn't work with the new computer
Let's hope it is 6. none of the above.
