HBL---New league forming

Hey fellas...I'm Herb and I'm the Lake Monsters GM. I've been playing OOTP since OOTP2 and have always wanted to run my own league and I've decided that now is the time. The background is that MLB never recovered from the '81 stike and disbanded. In it's place smaller, regional leagues were formed across the US. One of those leagues is the Heartland Baseball League made up of teams/players from the midwest region. Here are some of the details:

Heartland Baseball League
-I will NOT run a team, commish only
-12 team, fictional league(unless I have a ton of interest then I could add more teams) with AAA and AA minors
-If I can get 12 guys to do it I'd love to go stats only
-2 subleagues(north/south) with six teams in each
-old school rules...win the league to get in the playoffs
-144 game schedule with interleague(24 against each team in your league and four against each team in the other)
-late All Star game(about 110 games in which is the first week of AUG)
-Moderate pace(a month at a time during the season and maybe 15 days offseason) with 2~3 sims per week real time
-Two feeder leagues(12 team college/12 team HS)
-All financials will start even including owner personality
-Teams are already in place so if I get 12 guys to agree we would hold a lottery to disperse teams
-In game, 10 round ammy draft
-Corporate sponsored 15,000 seat stadiums and national media contract that starts for 10 years and local media contracts go for 5 years
-Salaries are basically half of 1981 numbers with a salary cap of $6 mil
-I could go either way with scouts...it would be up to the owners
