1864 (Season 27) Trade Block

St. Louis will deal prospects for an established arm in the rotation and an infielder with pop. Can package them with a few veterans, depending on the offer, but we're contending not trying to break up the band. (Unless you want to cede parcels of prospects in an effort to contend...I might entice to blow the whole thing up if I get a few real offers.)

Player Report for #24 Danny Tarazona

Danny Tarazona, put up very good numbers for me last season.
Looking for a young 3b, 1b, or LF.
Gonna test the market, expansion teams are tough from teh get go.

Memphis still has too many OFers.

CF Joe Wright, LF Brian McDaniel, RF Fred Caldwell, and RF Tony Sotelo are all available, among others.

I'm in need of starting pitching.

The defending AL champion St. Louis Aviators are (strongly) considering breaking up the band in favor of prospects. At this point, pretty much anyone with an actual contract should be considered available.

Columbus is looking to pick up some bullpen help and, with the move to the NL and loss of the DH, has an abundance of OF's.

LF Ernie Powers
CF Orlando Armenta
RF Dave Braasch

If you're smart, you'll try to acquire Clifton Marshall or Pat Kenady from St. Louis if you have playoff illusions this season.

If you can teach Marshall to play 2B real quick, I'll give you all of my draft picks, PLUS all of Subby's draft picks (he won't notice that they're missing).

Washington and Wyoming have proven that I have the sort of talent that can put you in a playoff race.

Still available are Clifton Marshall & T.J. Burroughs and 35-year old closer Francisco Guerrero , (14 SV, 1.81 ERA) a member of the AL's 2nd best bullpen.

I'm open to negotiating, but if you think my team is a village and you're a viking ready to pillage you got another thing coming.
