Hit print screen next to the F12 key
Go to your paint program and paste it. I believe thats it. |

Then shoose copy in your paint program, whatever it is that you use. |

To be clear, print screen will copy the entire screen to your clipboard. alt - print screen will copy only the active window.

If you need a bit more flexibility then try Capture from Analogx, only a 216kb download and worth its weight in.....er......stuff that you like a lot?
