How to get around an office filter?

I have never worked in an office, and hopefully never will, so I have no idea how to do this or make it possibe for a guy to do this.

I have a GM in the Imperial League who asked me if I had some 'back door' way into our Msg. Board so he could get around his office's Sports Filter. I have no idea what kind of link could do that, since I have no idea what these knd of blocker would look for.

Anyone have an idea?

I hope someone replies, as I have the same problem where I work. I cannot get onto this forum from work, because it filters out "games".

You guys can try http://www.guardster.com/
there you can enter the html page and it will load the page throught a proxy so your company always see as url guardster.com no matter where re you surfing. Of course after some time then can ban also guardster but it all depends on how lazy is ther system admin.

If the admins are not completely inept, they will also filter out external proxy sites.
