Yes folks, we did it, we bought us a house. Very nice 2 family home so we can rent out the upstairs and pay off our debts faster.

Place is in excellent condition.. I can't wait to close and get into it.

YAY!

Well it IS in Buffalo =) It looks colder than it was that day though. it was in the 40's, the snow was going away at the time we were there.

Yeah, the entry hallway and the livingroom will be getting overhauled at some point, at least they had it all working together well. Hehehehehe.
