4th and 1 has an unexpected opening and both waitlisted users have not responded fast enough. The Tennessee Titans are open as of week four. The Titans are 0-4 and there are marginal roster moves done to the roster. They traded away Kristian Fulton for a 2nd and future 3rd.
We have a 7ovr roster rule for gap between starters and backups. So Tannehill must start unless you are able to trade him. Otherwise, you will need to wait for one season to cut him in the offseason.
