M21 Season Awards Preview S1 (NFC)

SEASON AWARDS PREVIEW: NFC

OPOY
QB - Matthew Stafford (DET)

Stafford fresh off injury was having a career year before going down. Now he returns under RFF, who is a master at passing efficiency and keeping the QB clean. The Lions will need to score points in order to compete and the Lions still have threats at the WR/TE position.

DPOY
DL - Aaron Donald (LAR)

WeaponX and AD look to set more records this year. With Jalen Ramsey on the backend locking down a target, user's will be limited to find open targets. Couple this with a pass happy user group/division, AD is going to rack 'em up this file.... AGAIN.

OROY
WR - Justin Jefferson (MIN)

JJ will benefit from having Diggs out of the offense and Adam drawing teams best DB assignment. Sir Felgar can air that thang out as shown in previous years with his success with Sam Darnold. Look for Capt Kirk to have a great file under Felgar with Jefferson eating early and often on his way to ROTY.

DROY
DL - Chase Young (WAS)

The only XFactor Madden 21 rookie... Young is a monster right from the jump! With the rest of that defense to couple with Prudent's defensive skillset, this is probably the easiest award to pick of the group.

BEST QB
Matthew Stafford (DET)

This with OPOY is a tough one in a loaded class, we expect to see Brees, Wilson, Murray, Cousins up there competing for this award. But w/his offensive player of the year honors, M. Stafford is going to post some really good numbers with that offense and RFF's aptitude to adjust to the talent he has. The Lions lack on defense so they'll score some points with Stafford racking up big time.

BEST HB
Saquon Barkley (NYG)

Another loaded category with the likes of Zeke, Jones, CMC, Gurley etc... But King B loves to feed his offense through Barkley as seen in previous years. Expect more of the same this season with the big IF being, Barkley's healthy. Historically the touches added up and Barkley was shut down for 4+ games a season. We expect a different Saquon this year!

BEST WR
DeAndre Hopkins (AZ)

D-Hop is in a new offense led by Anthropic Pawn which averaged roughly 5,000 passing yards and 38 TDs per season. We expect roughly the same stats with Murray feeding Hopkins early and often.

BEST DL
DL - Aaron Donald (LAR)

The DPOY is going to be the best DL in the NFC. Outside of G$ and the 49ers who run a quick passing game. The Hawks & Cardinals are known for their aggressive passing games which attributed to roughly 60-70 rolling avg of sacks last year. Of those, expect AD to be the common trend, and that's just in the division.

BEST LB
Khalil Mack (CHI)

The user LB may be a tough trick to pull, especially enough so to negate the elite pass rushing OLBs. Mack will benefit from this; in a rather loaded defense under Papa Perry the expectation is Mack will pressure AD for DPOY honors. He will cause problems all file long in the NFCN, demanding double teams regularly!

BEST DB
Marshon Lattimore (NO)

Another loaded category! We expect Marshon under HSKR's defensive mind to have a 'bounce back' performance and ultimately reach elite status. Lattimore will benefit greatly from the pressure applied by Jordan & Davenport up front, and tight coverage on the backend with a solid secondary core! J. Adams will be nipping at this award as well!

BEST KICKER
Greg Zuerlein (DAL)

When you have a high powered offense it will lead to points... When you can't put the ball in the endzone, you better have a good kicker! And luckily for Charter he get's Greg THE leg to boot the pigskin around. We expect a career year from Greg this year with the Cowboys struggling to put the six's up!
