The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.
WorthPlaying has posted their preview of Deca Sports.
"Deca Sports, known in some parts of Europe as Sports Island, is an athletic offering, pulling together ten sporting events and pushing the player to their limits, fully using the Nunchuk/Wiimote to control your Mii like characters, including multiplayer."
This is definitely on my radar, I'd love a good curling game (not kidding). I'm waiting to hear how the controls and gameplay are though, sadly tons of Wii games sound cool and play like crap in the final product.
This game looks fun, but this is what it will need to succeed:
1. Accurate controls without lag.
2. 19.99 price point
3. A little more depth such as wifi play and leaderboards
4. Create-a-player, it has been confirmed that Nintendo does not want to allow the devs to use mii's. The devs can add more flexibility and creativity tools.

Exactly, hence my 6 rating...Some of these games could be seriously kick-*** if the controls actually followed through and were fun. I'm very pessimistic because I have seen so many developers just throw crap out there with "motion controls" and that's it.
