Michael Phelps: Push the Limit Review (360/Kinect)

Kinect games have been hit or miss since the Xbox 360 motion sensing peripheral was unleashed on the gaming masses last year. But now, gaming companies are starting to take risks with the Kinect technology.

Blitz Games dives in with Michael Phelps: Push the Limit, a rather fun title that does a good job recreating the feeling of reaching for that wall at the end of a race without the water.

I hear ya. My son gets so frustrated trying to get games set up on the Kinect. It did seem cool at the time it came out but for movement games, the Wii still gives us more bang for our buck. I don' t buy any games now with the expectation that the Kinect-enabled will be a good feature.

Thanks for this review because there are like a total of 3 out there(2 on amazon). You can tell you took your time with this game and I appreciate it. I'm a former swimmer myself and thankfully Xbox 360 had a demo and it was ok. My thing was how will the Kinect work with this and it did. So saying all of that, this game is actually $30 in Gamestop to which I was surprised because Amazon its actally $46 and their usually the better deal. Either way, i will give this a go and the Career mode alone is what sold this for me because I'm more of a offline person. Thanks much!

Also I meant to say at Gamestop and youtube also has a review. Just type in the game title and the reviewer actually just plays the game and reviews while playing. Hopefully its ok to share the link:
