I think someone mentioned in the past you may have to use a custom playbook that has a higher percentage of straight out QB run plays. But QB draw plays wouldn't be so realistic. Only other thing I can think of is change his scramble to the extreme high and composure to the extreme low.
I thought someone said they got more runs with vick when they lowered his pass read coverage. I've tried it, and I'm not sure if it really helped out. I'm thinking it could have to do with the agility. The more agile, maybe the more scrambiling you'll see. I just played the Falcons in my season with my rosters and Vick ran for 20 yards on 5 carries. I'm fine with that.
btw, the scramble slider doesn't affect how the cpu scrambles it only affects how accurate the qb throws on the run. If you max it out the qb will complete almost every pass on the run.
I think lower pass read coverage has something more to do with looking at other receivers vs. always throwing to the primary designated WR for a given play. Therefore, a lower PRC may actually make the QB spread the ball more, but not sure if this was ever completely confirmed.
I tested out some stuff yesterday. I lowered Pass RC to 0, Composure to 0, Consistency to 0, Leadership to 0, Scramble to 98, Speed and Agility to 98 and even tried Aggressiveness to 95.
The most yards he had was around 100 or so in a season and he only went pass 100 carries once in several tries at simulating the season. The only thing I accomplished was seeing Vick's overall rating drop. Oh well.
The funny thing is that Vick is a better QB in 2k5 then he is in reality. How funny is that?
In my franchise right now, Vick, McNabb, and McNair are all over 100 yards rushing in the 9th week of play. Vick has 129 yards on 49 attempts. That's still not even close to what Vick puts up, but he's on pace for over 200.
Another note, all 3 qbs that have over 100 yards rushing yards have their pass read coverages under 20. Vick has the lowest p.r.c. rating, and he's leading all other qbs in rush yards.

Sounds like you simmed the season which may not give you the same results as in an actual game. I would zero out only one thing at a time as a control and unfortunately you'll have to play several season games vs. that particular QB. In essence, that's what I did with Manning as a test situation.
I have a roster set featuring edits for QBs specifically Michael Vick to get scrambling QBs to produce effects as seen in Vicks performance on the field among other QBs, it was and idea created by Grunt some time ago and was an alternate to the Community rosters plus it looks somewhat promising if anyones interested in viewing the file I can post it here so you can check it out just let me know it has Vick running like crazy and is an older version in the OSCDR series but does feature those edits for scrambling QBs and edits from the OSCDR rosters earlier on!

If you could take the time to post that file that has Vick running around like he does in reality, I would appreciate it.
Thanks, Danny
This is the file in its original form so they're no updates but does include the QB edits used and others used to get QBs to react more in the form of their mobilty if they have skills to pull them off, this is from the earlier versions so it may appear to be somewhat date by more recent updates but the focus here is on the edits so check em' out and see whats there.
