Will this game be relased in Europe?

I've heard a lot of talks these days about APF2k8, but do you guys think it will come out in europe?

i think that for the PS3, games a region free. Meaning there is no PAL orNTSC version, but just one version (that's how i understood 'region free').
So even if the game is not released in Europe, you can still buy the game on internet from US site and play it on your european PS3....i guess.

Not sure if i am correct about this though.

By the way, NFL 2K, NBA 2K and NHL 2K series were all released in Europe, so i guess it will be the same for APF2K8

It is true PS3 is region free for games, but developers can go out of their way to make them not region free. For example EA seem very anti region free so I doubt i'll even be able to get NCAA 08 PS3. Not sure about 2K's stance though, it wouldn't make much sense for them to make it regional if they weren't releasing it overseas so any way common sense suggests you'll be ok.

I think even most 360 games are region free these days.

I realy hope it will come out in Europe. I'm thinking of buying a 360 again just for this game. (... and NHL 08)

I have a 360 so i need it to be relased in europe...

But i think NBA 2k and NHL sk came out in europe because they have the licenses... I'm not sure about apf2k8...
MLB 2k7 for example won't be relased here...
and nfl2k5 (the xbox version) was relased only in england...
