AP2k8 releasesing same day as madden????????

Yeah it's pretty much everyone really. I know I've been called an EA fanboy plenty on here and I see others who have as well. We're all just sick of the same game every year with cosmetic differences. There needs to be a big leap. Granted, I will say Madden 2007 on the 360 was a huge leap from the 2006 version but not in excitement or in the ways that make the game fun, only in function pretty much, ie fixing what has been broken. Of course it's not hard to improve on 2006 which was one of the worst football games EA has ever put out IMO.

That's what I meant. I am in that exact same boat, except the part about Madden 07 being a huge leap, but I was just emphasizing that even Madden fansite owners are starting to get tired of what's been coming out of the EA camp as of late.

I thought he has been one of the guys that has been able to go to EA/Tiburon in Florida or whatever? I would sure hope that the fansite owners who went to those function actually gave some constructive criticism of the games.

Well if it is released the same day then I'll be picking up 2k8 over Madden, I already gave EA to much money already and I don't need a 08 copy that's the same as 06.
