I saw two players, one named Randy Cross and the other named Curt Warner...Are those ex-players or is that just a play on names?

Randy Cross play 13 years for the 49ers (OL) and had 3 rings. Curt Warner was a RB for the Seahawks in the 80's. With John L. Williams (FB) they was a real good backfield.
