It seems I'm really out of the loop on this one, to me the stadiums are a huge negative amongst a bunch of positives. Imo they just don't look like something a professional football team would actually build.

Of course, your mileage may vary.

The 'Indians' have a similar color to the Redsk*ns also.

Re: APF 2K8 Website Updated.....

Message to coogrfan... damn people are posting fast today:

you're definitely in the minority but i understand where you're coming from.

the way i look at it is i'd much rather have these guys playing for real teams... hell i'd rather have the real guys playing for real teams. but since we can't, i like them doing something else that's interesting (and looks pretty hot btw) rather than bland practice fields or generic stadiums.

someone mentioned once before, the only reason we like the real stadiums is b/c we recognize them. you gotta go a little over the top or else what would be a "real" stadium would just be bland.

I agree but i think we have to be a little more open minded its a fictional "GAME" about a fictional league.

I could see your point re the ratio of themed stadiums versus "regular" stadiums. The one with the crab or whatever it was looks great by itself; doesn't really need the crab. And I could see where someone might think the beehive is over the top - but have to say it looks great too. Do understand where you're coming from though
