Yea..that and the game play. I mean all these screens and whatnot are great, but it will essentially come down to the game play.

Andayaman--I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that the Elway photo looked like NFL Fever. Seeing those pictures, I think there are certain shots in each game that look really good. I think Madden's graphics will be improved overall from the first two iterations on the new consoles, with more varied player models, and I think 2k's graphics will have some really nice subtleties like the great stadiums, jerseys, skin, etc. I'm looking to seeing more of both in action.

Looks good but the grass is kinda hurting 2k8. Does anyone know how long it would take to implement 3d grass into a game like APF ? I'm curious to know, because maybe they are adding it in?

It would take them too long to add it to this game. They should be finishing this game up next week if they are not already done with it.

Yes, the grass is not great but the competitor's game over did the grass with some stadiums being given grades of grass that they don't actually have that way in real life.

As long as this game has the field degrading with detail, that'll be good enough.

Thanks for the replies, but you think the textures could at least be a little better when we play the games ourselves? It just bothers me that it looks as if you can slide ice down the whole field. But either way, I am very happy and excited for this game. 24 hours from now we will all be jumping around like monkeys!
