Wow, They Really Did Put Some Weight On The Linemen. . . .

Well if you think about it I'm almost 1005 positive they have a scaler for players weight/Height.

Think create a player when you can adjust the height/weight on a scale, etc.


They probably didn't think it was a big deal and made a one size fits all lineman. Then they showed the game off to the meida and pretty much everyone ripped them for having tiny lineman that didn't look right. So they probably went in and individually adjusted each player which probably takes a lot of time.


A better way to do it would of been to code sizes according to weight/Height so lineman all have their own uniqueness. For example if they enter in a player 6'4 320 the system automatically scales that player to that size.

Seems to me they didn't do that, so they probably now have to edit every single player by hand and guess what looks appropriate.

thanks, i post on the 2k forums for this game as fatman, but that was taken so I had to put numbers after it

This game represents a borderline obsession for me, which is why I had to join OS too. Can't wait to read those impressions for today.
